how i can do parts on the shopping list?

You click N on the broken part or the cart icon while in diagnosis on the panels to the right

You have to add the parts to the list before you take them off the car.

even if you get ahead of yourself and strip the engine entirely, and repaired the parts at the workbench, you can still go into diagnosis mode and hit N to clear/progress the quest step :)

if you have already taken them off the parts that need adding is the Pistons, Crankshaft and Oil pan

just repair them at the repair bench and save yourself some money ;)
