Worth getting while on sale?

Hey guys,
Previously voted with my wallet thanks to all the feedback on launch. At 60% off is it justified factoring in all the 2K crap?

Would the base game suffice for some casual fun, not a fan of the the whole season pass BS too. If not I'll continue to avoid and maybe permanently strike it off the watch list.

Thinking it be a good option on the ROG ally while flying.

You can buy keys for a fifth of the price here and I'm having a blast. I don't know why it flopped so hard because it's fun.

I have written a review if you want some more detailed thoughts.

But to put it simply of you just want some casual kart racing I would recommend any of the 3 Sonic racing games instead.

This game can be fun to play and there are worse things on the market. But I still recommend looking at other alternatives instead as this does a lot of annoying stuff outside the racing stuff. Heck you need a 2K account to even use the in-game currency store, so half of your rewards are locked on a ”guest” account.

Yeah decided I’m not going to bother, have since picked up MotoGP 24 which has proven tough to master but loving it.

Emilio is basically telling you not to pay 2 bucks for a game in which he spent 60+ HOURS. Give me a break

Got this with the DLC passes for 20 € for the kids - so far it seems to be great value for that money, but I can see why it was reviewed badly at the original prices. I am glad I noticed the current sale :)

It be good on sales if game woudnt keep crashing randomly without error message,they dont seem to update it anymore so i woudnt recommend it becauae they left it in a buggy state, all those crashe make it impossible for me to finish the game
