I think you are right , but I agree with those two points in particular. As someone who already uses the roll20 vtt and Heroforge for custom minis, I'd really hope to see some sort of compatibility for at least some of the existing Tools. What made roll20 great for me, was that we needed only one subscription for everyone to play and it will be a hard pass from most of my players to buy this instead.
atm not really made to play any game. it has fantasy tokens and assets, yes, but right now it is mainly for taking photos from top down of references for context. any game with grid or hex board can be used. again, rn it is for making maps and not hosting games. no measuring tools, ping pointers. initiative tracker etc that i know of. you can give tokens name stats like AC and HP, and toggle torches. is strictly a designing tool. aside from screen share in discord, it isn't table ready. i hope to continued dev support and updates
