Dragon's Gauntlet blueprint help? (update?? but still can't figure it out)

Hey everyone, I am super confused on how to get this blueprint in the Jade Mountain level.
I have the clue "the statue of Abominoot requests a musical appearance" and I saw the one penguin talking about "nooting a specific ancient verse", but still have no idea.
Does anyone have a solution for this? I tried nooting up and down based on the glowy draw in front of the statue but nothing happened,
I have no idea what the "ancient verse" should be


UPDATE
I found a wall in the military base mission with some sort of chant tune with arrows to say when to noot up and down, went in front of the statue in Jade Mountain, did the chant but nothing happened

Not all heros wear a cape, someone just commented on a screenshot I posted and it basically has to do with nooting up and down depending by the drawings on the floor

Where do you do the nooting? Ive tried by the symbols, under the statue, am i just crazy?

I'm stuck on this as well. I've tried both ↑↑↓↑↑↓↓↑↓↓ and ↓↓↑↓↓↑↑↓↑↑. I've tried it at the location of the symbols, halfway across the bridge, and right in front of the statue. Which interpretation of the symbols is it and where am I supposed to do it?
