Okay, so my record is unranked is like 600-40 and 130-10 in ranked and I’m like top 5 on PC (if you exclude the bugged Undisputed ranked players). I use the game mechanics to its fullest and rely heavily on movement. I can confidently say I’m a high skilled player, and this game is TRASH.
I NEED to know your record, or better yet, let’s match up so I can gauge how you fight… Because there’s no way a high level player will say this game is in a good state.
- Hit reg - In a boxing game, we’re having issues where your punches aren’t landing. It’s nothing short of DIABOLICAL that this is the case. The equivalent would be if you play COD, and you’re shooting your bullets into your opponent but some of them don’t register, and it causes you to die. Could you imagine the uproar that would occur if that happened? And yet, Undisputed released a FULL GAME for almost $100 that had FUNDAMENTAL issues from the very beginning.
- Round 8 not scoring
It’s bad enough that they reduced the rounds to 8 rounds to hide their stamina balancing issues… but to then have a bug where the 8th round isn’t scoring? inexcusable.
My guy, if you’re calling this the most realistic boxing game ever then I’m genuinely concerned. Of course it’s going to be better than fight night! We are in 2025! Almost 20 years of technology has gone by and yet we have a game that plays like it was made by artistic morons (I’ll give them credit on the graphics).
You should EXPECT certain minimum requirements from a game, and Undisputed are a laughing stock right now. Especially for the price point they’re charging.
I swear the hit reg and desync issues were almost non-existent in the first 6 months of Early Access. The game play was so good that first 6 months, they just needed to increase damage slightly because it was pillow fighting, and they needed to balance the counter window slightly, because people using certain fighters would just lean back and straight counter punch, their counter window needed to be reduced ever so slightly.
I absolutely hate the game now compared to where it was in early early access, feels horrible to play, I don't feel in control of my on screen boxer anymore...
in my honest opinion they should've kept the game as ESBC and focused solely on an online experience with dedicated servers, online tournaments, anti cheat, a decent ranked mode, cross play, and nailing the game mechanics so it's fun to play (like early, early access was)
They shouldn't have bothered with career mode etc as people won't stick around very long for it.
We must ask that the classics be removed, it is unplayable and unattractive.
I don’t play ranked often because it takes ages to find a match. In ranked I’ve probably lost one or two times genuinely. The other 8 or 9 losses came from people quitting.
The glitch is random and unpredictable. I’m currently using an alt account and I’m 51-1. That one loss came from a quitter, but multiple people have quit and it hasn’t incurred a loss for me. But instead of giving me losses, it’s not giving me anything…. No wins, no losses or draws for me when they quit. It’s as if that fight never happened…
Anyone who says they don’t care about their record isn’t a high level player. When you have the ability to go undefeated but the game takes that away from you… it’s just nothing short of pisstake. I don’t expect many people to agree with me, simply because I know I’m in the minority with regards to skill level and some people just can’t even comprehend the possibility of going unbeaten for that many games.
