I've put the stamina modifier up to max too, to try to help and it's pathetic. Even fat boxers like Butterbean and Andy Ruiz can throw ten times the amount of punches my boxer can!
I think it was way more restricted with weaving. They uncorked it but they increased tracking so much everything just connects. It's one of the biggest game flaws imo as fight night actually does allow one to really allow you to make the opponent miss if you know where the punches will end up. This game just never tried to get it right. It's like it's on a very thin tight rope moving up down left and right with weave.
