Price due to increase.
If you haven't bought the game yet because you were waiting for career mode bare in mind that the price is going to increase. I don't know what it will increase to but they have announced the price will increase before the update.

Damn that's pretty unfortunate they are increasing the price before the launch. I suppose they are going to do two price increases then. I highly doubt they go for AAA pricing at 70 dollars though. I'm guessing 49.99 as the final price. I mean everyone that loves the game and studio essentially talks about them being a small indie company with limited resources so it wouldn't make sense to have AAA pricing to go with those AAA expectations we have had. Straight up.

Don’t be surprised if the launch price is as high as 100 dollars after all it’s the only boxing game in 13 years and things that are rare are always expensive

I had been following this since it was called Esports Boxing Club. I haven't pulled the trigger since I'm not into online multiplayer games that much but I love sports career modes. I guess now's the time to do it.

Buy it now and do not play it, when 17th comes and career is out, spend your 50 mins trying that and then if it's lame, just refund it

i just bought the game and i doubt many will buy it for £50, i paid about £18. there's a lot to like but it's not an AAA game. i've been waiting years for a decent boxing game on PC, maybe after more updates this could be epic, i hope it will be, but it's just worth the sale price atm

in the current state this game isn't worth $20

If you own the game on pc already, how much will it cost for upgraded versions of the game for release?

Well I guess people were right all along pushing for AAA quality and expectations. All the wasted amount of "It's a small studio, go easy on them, they don't have Electronic Arts Money" were out of pocket indeed. It's a AAA game with AAA to AAAA pricing with the Monetization. Early access owners don't even get deluxe pricing which means essentially AAA payment for EA+Deluxe upgrade. Sorry but even with the updated promises in the crafted trailer, this is not near a AAA quality game. Not from a presentation standpoint, career standpoint, audio and commentary standpoint or even technological. They only get their mos gracious "yes men" to beta test along with the youtubers that aren't even that complimentary overall to the game ever. Only when they get that "drip."
