Your specs are between recomended and minimum so you might be able to run the game. If the framerate is low you can adjust the graphics and crowd percentage to get some extra frames.

i can play on low settings with 60fps...only problem is loading times...i guess they mess up this with last update...but im new here not sure...you can always try for 2hours and refund if you have problems

Agreed with this. Best is to try the game by yourself since computer part combinations and results can be different even with benchmarks and system requirements.
If it doesn't work or get the desired framerate, steam offers you the chance to refund if the game is played less than 2 hours and within two weeks of purchase.
Also keep in mind this is an early access game, so it's expected to not be very optimized in this stage of development.

it's gotten much worse optimization wise as noted above especially with loading times. A standard hard drive would be a deal breaker for me in this game as it can be minutes of loading into simple menus. The game also is mainly CPU bottlenecked and not very GPU intensive. It doesn't seem to take too much of a processor to get 60 FPS though. If you do get it just lower the crowd settings as that seems to be very resource intensive. There's not a ton of performance gained or lost upping and lowering texture settings at this point.

get more than 8gb ram and it will load quicker, even with the update being ♥♥♥♥♥
