Flash knockdowns and knockouts gone!

So have put in a good few hours AI boxing since the latest update and have not had 1 flash knockdown or knockout from me or against me, has this been removed?
Also when knocking down your opponent the reply is kicking in before they have even hit the canvas, this is only happening since the latest update.

It's both happened for me and against me. Always at very unusual times though. Think its a glitch.

I don't play online this is all against the AI, was getting the fairly frequent since update not had any.

Other day guy flashed me, I got up off the floor, and the first punch I threw at him flashed him too, never seen that before!

maybe they lowered the rate of chance for it? I haven't gotten or been dealt a flash K.O in a while.

The real issue with flash knockdowns currently is that they do not count in the scoring. so if you score a flash knock down it will be a 10-9 round possibly for the other player. It is a known issue but one that did not present a reason to hot fix. I am surprised we didn't get any hot fixes this last patch especially with the upper cut buttons removed.
