savegame location?

My video card (or some other, unidentifiable piece of hardware) has been flaking out and randomly rebooting my system. I've already lost savegames on Colony Ship.
I want to create a backup, because I can see I'm going to have (already have) a lot of time invested in this wonderful game. :D

As far as saving goes, the game only autosaves (and of course it saves when you exit to the menu as well). It saves often enough that you shouldn't ever have to worry about losing significant progress regardless of how many times it might crash.

I understand *how* the game saves, I'm talking about the file getting corrupted. Since there's only one save, if I lose it I'm out 12 hours so far, and a lot more to come.

Ohhhh, you meant the literal save file location on your pc. If that's the case, then just go to Documents -> My Games -> DUNGEON ENCOUNTERS -> Steam -> a folder with only numbers. I'm not sure if the numbers have any importance, but otherwise the save files should be in that last folder. Hopefully this helps :D
