I finished Amy's story, Dr, Bose's story and Harvey's story and when I wanted to take the sight of Hugo, I just... couldn't. I go in the ballroom and nothing happen.

can you help me?

Hi - save and exit then run the game again, it'll reorder the sequence of sightings so you should get the ballroom scene.

I cant see hugo in stage try many times to restart the game download again the game et nothing happens
