DR bose isnt in room 216 when he should be

I got into the room..saw the vision of Dr Bose and communicated with him....BUT I asked the wrong questions so after a bit it said come back later to continue talking to Dr Bose...

NOW no matter how long I wait he isnt there. I cant get in touch with him. The scrying mirror shows the correct object Im supposed to ask him about in the room (so it hasnt moved on to the next stage)

I solved this by coming back later. waiting in the room or on that floor didnt work. But going to a different floor then coming back worked as well as reloading the game. I think its simply a strategy to make it so you have to go out and come back and work harder. (ie you need to go back to the lift change floors and come back- it forces you to do more gameplay before you can get the story progress)
