Dragon Rulers are getting a babdy light dragon ruler that does this

(1) You can discard this card and 1 other LIGHT or Dragon monster; add 2 “Dragon Ruler” monsters from your Deck to your hand, except “Spector, Dragon Ruler of Rays”.

So you can add Tidal and Redox to 'foolish burial' a Barrier Statue, then special summon it with Redox while pumping up your grave for follow-ups.

Seems like you have enough salt. I certainly don't have any. I just don't understand how you can talk that way while defending cards that were too powerful back in the day they released. These floodgates weren't fun back before the banlist and they still add nothing of worth to the game.

Floodgates don't slow the game down or combat power creep. They deny the game at its core.

again you wanted it that way,by abusing this power creep cards for years,you showed komoney thats the way we want it and we want more,you ordered the delivered i warned you that would happen,i told you this is just the beginning and it will get worse if you dont set the line,but no every pro plays this cards so i have to do that too,same as everytime same with kozmo same with pendulum,salamangreat its everytime the same story,the mayority of the player base said we want it that way,so now it stays that way and it will get even worse cause the player base will never learn it,and dont give me that old,komoney will never listen that bs,the player base at wow showed that that if enough will have a lil diziplin,and just saying,we dont like that its BS and if you dont change than we wont play anymore,and boom blizz changed the system in SL,but the yugioh playerbase has not the guts to do that to show komoney thats not what we want,there is a thing its called,vote with your wallet,also i like to watch and see how i was right all along and nobody was listing back then and the will not listen now,the digged that hole themselfs and i just enjoy looking down on them,

You are talking to the wrong person here. I wasn't even around for all of that. I went from the first banlist killing my Chaos deck to Duel Links for a little bit until I realized it sucked and then MD. I didn't do any of this. My opinions are not tied to anything but my experience in these limited time frames and some history lessons and tries with older formats.

i am mostly a veteran player i lived and played from the first bannlist all the way to tele dad then i quit and became a judge,started to play again in 2014 and stoped playing around 2018-2019 i have seen it all,and its every new format the same,the get new power creep BS cards the abuse the hell out of them,complain but still using them,until the get new cards wich are even more broken and the circle starts again

Personally I just want another "Chaos Ruler" to replace the one they banned. I miss my "Dragon Ruler" though I am interested in these new light and dark cards. Makes a Chaos Ruler deck more plausible than before.
