Daily quests.
Am I the only one ALWAYS getting the Ritual/Synchro/Xyz quest??? I swear I get this one every freaking day, at this point I would prefer getting the solo mode quest, at least I can play the deck I want!

What kind of deck are you running that you can't work at least one of those into your game plan?

You could just not complete a quest you don't like doing, that way the 3 quests you get the next day will be different ones. And the quest you don't like doing will still be there, if you ever do feel like doing it.

I always get a good variety of quests though.

For easy XYZs, you could always add in the Trachion monster that can be made with one material if your opponent special summoned 2+ times on the previous turn, or Zeus.
Then you're doing it wrong. You're supposed to wait the first 3 days in the beginning of the month to collect all 9 daily missions. Then you can choose to only pick 3 missions per day to get gems according to your preferred deck. Keep the other 6 until the end of the month. At the last day of the month receive all gems when the other 6 got completed too.

95% sure there's no difference between the 8(?) quests you can stock up. You won't ever get any duplicates so if there's a quest you don't want to or can't do, as long as you don't complete them you should be able to just focus on others that you can complete easily when you get your 3 new ones each day.
-Normal Summon a monster 3 times
-Special Summon a monster 5 times
-Activate 3 Spells
-Activate 2 Traps
-Ritual/Synchro/Xyz Summon a monster 3 times
-Fusion/Pendulum/Link Summon a monster 3 times
-Destroy a card 5 times
-Win a Duel
-Duel in Solo Mode 3 times

These are all the missions. 3 missions per day at random during the start of the season.
I just leave the ones I don't like until the month ends, then forget to do them.
So just stop doing it and you won't get it

A given deck will have trouble with at most two of these, realistically speaking. Even if you're playing Floo, that's still only one day's worth of quests per month.

Branded maybe?

Branded can slap in a random Barrone, Chaos Angel, or Dis Pater with Cartesia + a Bystial. Still very doable.

The reason those missions suck is because you don't have much control over whether you get progress on them or not. Whether you CAN activate a trap or not usually depends on what the opponent does, since most traps are reactive and not proactive. And synchro/xyz summons require your opponent to let you special summon at least one monster to perform, which every commonly used handtrap can stop in some manner. Fusions and links are a lot harder to stop, at least. I use 3 different decks and swap them out based on which dailies I'm given. My synchro focused deck can and has taken over 90 minutes to complete the "Synchro summon 3 times" quest on several occasions. It certainly doesn't help that going second also generally means 10 minutes of twiddling your thumbs before you can even attempt to make quest progress. Which is easily stopped if your opponent is running one of the many negate spam combo decks in the format. And then you simply don't get progress if you concede, so if you're playing against one of the many troll players in the game who hold you hostage for asinine amounts of time by refusing to win through an empty board several turns in a row...

Yeah, the quest system in general needs to be reworked, for several reasons.

For example, if they surrender turn 1 when you go first, that makes it pretty hard to activate traps.

Traptrix for the win as usual with daily missions.

Also OP, as people said, just don't do it. You never get duplicates, and can stock up 9 different dailies. Just do the ones you can with the decks you like and then swap during the last day or so and you miss out on no mission rewards whatsoever. As an example I never do solo until the last day.

Yeahhh... my labrynth deck can sometimes struggle to complete the trap activation quest. LABRYNTH. And it has cards to let you activate traps turn 1.

And Imperm exists too.
