MDM Meme Weekly: Should he be proud, or ashamed?

So, while I can't provide names on the forum due to rules, I'll just give you the link, scroll through it, and once you notice the familiar face, give me your opinions, should he be proud to make it to the meme page, or be ashamed that he managed to end up on the meme page.

It depends on what he was trying to accomplish. If he was trying to say the most ridiculous thing he could think of in order to farm Steam points (or any of the normal reasons to be a troll), he should be proud that he succeeded at something for probably the first time in his life. If he was making a serious proposal of how to fix the problems with the game, he should be ashamed but won't be because that would require understanding things.

Considering he always talks about how he has an "objective understanding of the game" and can see the game's flaws better than the rest of us....I think we both know which one it is...

If you take a look at news posts, you'll see people making stupid comments all the time, This is a very common trend, not just for MD. I was just joining in on the fun.

Like people make irrelevant comments about banning Maxx"C", saying it would be good idea without first getting rid of the issue it helps prevent.
Or any banning any popular deck.

It's rude to call someone a troll because they understand the game and community better than you~
If you want Yu-Gi-Oh to lack player interaction and strategic play, I won't try to change your opinion. Wanting the game to revolve around your personal interests is kinda of selfish, but to each their own.
But calling people names for acknowledging objective aspects of the game is just ignorant.

Well, unless you're some sort of misunderstood genius, from the looks of it the community at large thinks your comment is very meme worthy.

Second, TGC has the bug banned, and even pros from the OCG say they prefer the TGC over the OCG.

The bug doesn't fix any issues, it's just an annoying card that allows certain cards that should be banned to stay legal because "it keeps them in check".

Every single argument made in support of the bug was completely dismantled, it doesn't provide any interaction, it's just a toxic card.

Plus, you becoming a meme doesn't bode well for your argument of "I understand the game better than you".

Maxx "C" is responsible for more non games than pretty much any other card I can't even think of a single one that comes remotely close even Rhongo VFD and Herald in their prime fail to even attempt to approach to the number of games Maxx "C" has ruined

It would probably be better for everyone involved if you quit lying and trying to mislead others. Just because you ignore parts of the game, doesn't mean they don't exist.

If you're being serious, I'll try to simplify it for you. If you're just continuing to troll, you got me to take the bait.

The answer is yes. It is a bandaid on the biggest and most toxic problem MD currently has.

It may come with it's own share of issues. But until the crux of the issue is fixed, and more toxic cards are banned, getting rid of Maxx "C" would just make it easier for toxic boards to be set up without counterplay.

If you dislike the idea of two people being able to play in a Yu-Gi-Oh duel, just say that. No need to go all out with your conspiracy theories and baseless accusations.

If someone is unable or unwilling to play adaptively or change their deck, and would rather have counters to their deck banned instead, that's a personal issue.

You've been corrected time and time again by many different users.
Sometimes it genuinely does seem like you're just here to flame and troll, without having any desire to actually discuss the game.
