No 'dedicated' practice mode?

Before I begin, yes I fully understand that Solo Mode is; for all intents and purposes is for practice. I just don't agree that it's a suitable method. Two years and we finally get an elo system but no means to actually test out a deck against decks that are utilizing specific cards and strategies. I also think it's annoying to having to go through solo each time.

What I am proposing is what if they implemented a customizable training system. There you can either have the option of facing a random deck plucked from the ladder (a system already implemented in Duel Links via the vagabond) or place in your own deck, fully built or not to test out interactions with specific cards. That is if the A.I. is competent enough to be able to string together optimized combos anyways.

And while yes you could also use Casual for that intended purpose, also having the convenience of Solo Mode's ability to instantly retry and choose whether you go first or second for something like this is invaluable for practicing without wasting your time waiting for an opponent or going up against a deck you don't need practice against. Or ruin the fun for someone looking to use the casual function for it's intended purpose of having a casual match as I am sure waiting for your opponent to think about what moves they can make is a point of contention for some individuals only for them to immediately scoop for whatever reason after the fact. That also isn't mentioning the pressure of doing and figuring all of that under a time limit. So instead of having two different areas to do this where neither are convenient, there can just be one dedicated catch all.

Solo mode will be for learning, casual ladder can be used for casual play and training can be used to actually train. Of course I doubt they would implement something like this but I'd like to hear what other people may have in mind and their thoughts on something like this. Or maybe there is something like this hidden somewhere and I am just blind.

Like i always say this game is missing a lot of quality of life features solo mode is ok but why not implement an actual testing ground where as u said u can choose your starting hand what the ai will have in hand and limit test . People will tell u can add a friend to custom room and learn u cant even message ur friend in this game .
Ye i could really use a teaining mode instead of double duels taking up space for no reason .
