Broken compared to what, 60 card blue eyes with 9 copies of egyptian gods? The deck loses very hard to backrow removal and monster negates, and doesnt even have the consistency or recursion that snake-eyes has. Fire king snake-eyes is still the better deck. Yubel is not that good without fiendsmith, boomers are just playing it because its a hecking epic anime character.

i run tear+horus right now. going first is not nice, but that applies to all strong decks, i could play against. going second? perfectly fine. cause if i know what my enemy plays, i can adapt easier.
yubel is strong, but if you know that you play against it, you can compensate.
and i am pretty sure scareclaw is the perfect counter for yubel and in general a solid deck.

I hope they keep that same energy once that new Blue-Eyes stuff comes out. Because it looks pretty strong.

I did a cool combo with Mausoleum of White with Blue-Eyes where I could hard summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon.

Then i realized I could skip the Mausoleum entirely
