Erm...that sounds like they are just rage quitting. That's something that plagues all online competitive games. I wouldn't call it cheating so much as bad manners. I don't remember how duel master treats them, but I *think* it still counts as your win?
and I've tried to contact Konami *MANY* times, I've never once spoken to "a dev", and I've never gotten a straight answer on anything. Just a notice they will forward it to the "relevant people"
Also if they're the ones disconnecting it's probably a rage quit, which is fine because the win still counts for you.
