Cheaters in Master Duel
Alright imma start by saying this. You have got to be the lowest of the LOW to cheat in a card game man. I ran into 4 cheaters today playing master duel because they can't take a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loss. That is sad. To the ones that cheated me in all those duels, I hope you get hardware banned and you lose you right to play the game. Also, you comment on this post defending them you can get banned too.

Not that I'm condoning, but exactly how did they cheat? I'm curious because people keep complaining about it, but I've personally not seen it, so what did they do?

edit: actually it might be easier if you just post some replays

He's probably losing because he didn't draw the out but his opponent did. Thus blaming it as cheating

You need to tell more of what he did then just say he cheated. But i'm sure its mostly because he played some cards you did not read and lost and then call him a cheater for that.

the only cheaters in md that i've seen are those people that lag switch and keep you hostage for like 10minutes, with frozen timer.

Isn't it crazy how most people have gone their entire time playing this game without seeing anything resembling cheating, and then once in a while you will get these people who come in claiming to see multiple cheaters a day but of course never actually providing any details or proof?

This is the rundown on how the cheating happens. While your in the duel, when you are about to win you will experience a connection fail but not just an ordinary one like the bug fixes that was going on. It will happen when you are about to win the duel. This happened to me 4 times. First time was when I played with a cubic deck and my effect activated to do a second attack. On the second attack connection failed. It’s been sent to a dev and they confirmed it was a cheat. There is a thread online about the cheaters in the game. Several users have been reported already.

That has happed before, it has happened in the Ritual Festival and I’m Ranked play. Mostly common on console and PC.

I will gather all of my clips today and post them online from console since most of the player I’ve went up against are on here. As I’ve said before, I’ve already reported them and will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn’t happen again

Nope, I will post videos of the cheaters today. Stay tuned.

Is it crazy when people defend the cheaters in the game. Which makes me believe you are doing it too. And no idk if I lose, I’ve made it to platinum pretty well with my scareclaws and Kashtira monsters. Yes, people have surrendered and I have before too. It’s common to lose in this game when the going gets tough. But if you gotta lag, ddoss, or force someone out of a duel because you can’t take your loss like a man, you are a disgrace.

Erm...that sounds like they are just rage quitting. That's something that plagues all online competitive games. I wouldn't call it cheating so much as bad manners. I don't remember how duel master treats them, but I *think* it still counts as your win?

and I've tried to contact Konami *MANY* times, I've never once spoken to "a dev", and I've never gotten a straight answer on anything. Just a notice they will forward it to the "relevant people"

That just sounds like poor internet. Twice today I've had people disconnect in the span of just 6 games. A lot of people play on mobile, and the person who gets the loss from disconnecting is usually the person with worse internet. I've lost a game or two that I should have won because I unfortunately disconnected, but I won way more when it was the other way around, so really it just seems random.

Also if they're the ones disconnecting it's probably a rage quit, which is fine because the win still counts for you.

Cool, let's see the official konami dev confirmation that you caught a cheat
The same thing happened to me when I was playing, sudden connection failure and a message saying, "You lost."
