I'm quite sure it isn't, but it's hard to search since every post of his is deliberately misspelled and I've better things to do than go through 48 pages of these kinds of posts.

But fine. Answer is tributing it (such as Kaijus) or any non-targeting "Send" or "Take Control" type of effect. Naturally you'll have to bait the negate with something else first. Generally it's easier to simply negate the effect that's summoning it, which is usually either Anaconda (Any monster negate) or a fusion spell (Spell-negate or move the materials somewhere invalid in response).
