Red Eyes Dark Dragoon and Mu Mudragon?

I read somewhere here that Red Eyes Dark Dragoon cannot be summon or has some sort of bug involving Mu Mudragon.

But is it fixed? Can you summon Dragoon this way now in Solo? I want to add this fusion monster card on my synchro deck just making sure before i craft it and practice in that game mode.

the bug with dragoon was you couldn't use substitute materials for dark magician, but its not just mudragon. afaik it hasn't been fixed yet.

just checked in game and it doesn't have the 'issue patched' marker on it. I'm guessing the next big update will, probably the anniversary one.

Aah so Dragoon is the one having problem not the other cards? Only on Solo eh. Wanted to try so badly on Centrurion White Forest deck but screw Casual that's what they say where I should practice/try the thing. I dont wanna play there is no Retry button.
