regarding "Hyper Blaze"
it says: You can discard 1 card; add to your hand or Special Summon, 1 "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames", "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder", or "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" from your GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions. but i only get them added to my hand, always. can someone explain to me why?

Were they originally properly summoned? There is a very weird restriction where monsters with special summoning requirements (MUST BE summoned by xxxxxx) can not be summoned from public knowledge locations unless they have already been properly summoned, even by an effect that ignores summoning restrictions. If it was summoning directly from the deck, it would ignore this, but summoning from gy or banishment you would need to have summoned it properly with its condition first to be able to revive it. I am not 100% sure if that's the case with these guys but I think so based on the wording of their requirements

That's mean you didn't special summoned it properly according to its special summon condition first. If you just send the card to the gy while it was never special summoned then it can't be special summon.
