lightsworn decks need a hamering for this event
seriously boring to keep playing against the same rubix cube of a deck

I'm having a field day utterly breaking them...with S-Force no less. They *HATE* when *EVERYTHING* gets banished.

Also as someone with a full lightsworn deck, I can tell you they are very much relying on the coin flip. deck falls apart really hard if they go second.

edit: they are legit making my s-force deck feel competent and strong just because it apparently counters lightsworn really hard. Who knew?

They deserve it, every deck should get its day

S-Force just loves to play in and out of the banish zone and loves to banish things. The gimmick they are "supposed" to have is that when you play them in the same column as your opponents monsters, they tend to have an effect. Like all opponents monsters that are in the same column as an S-Force monster loses 500 attack, or can't be used for a link material for a link 3 or higher monster, or can even do a full attack lock

Honestly, S-force is one of those tragic decks that are interesting in concept, but ultimately bad.

Kind of like War Rocks.
Maybe it is just me but that deck needs firepower.
The Rikka deck feels OP, the Orcust deck is this 200IQ 5D Chess that does both all and nothing and then there is this Lightsworn which frankly sucks so much compared to any other deck. I am playing U.A. and vs Lightsworn it is an autowin.

Enlightened Fedora Dragon is cool and all...here is Rikka Konkon.
And that is the reason we cant have nice things, cause people will always find a way to ruin an event,

Ah meta. Tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme.

Pure Lightsworn is pretty bad deck doesn't have issues going second of all the decks that came closest to beating me going first during this event it was all Lightsworn me praying they don't mill another Felis to force my hand they might of even won if I wasn't so aware of the way the deck works too.

Pure lightsworn absolutely does have issues going second, I will admit to being not sure for this event, but even a single disruption can shut down lightsworn hard. If they go second against an established board with any kind of disruption, they WILL get wrecked. I tried for a solid week to make pure lightsworn work, and it DOES work when it goes first. I have *NEVER* won a game going second.

I will admit that my deck building is unorthodox and restrictive so that can play a large role in that, but the idea that it "doesn't have issues going second" is absolutely wrong, I am not alone in that sentiment even without my restrictive builds.

Pile decks will always have game going second and that is core to its identity I would of totally agreed with you had you said it before the latest wave of cards now Lightsworn don't have to rely on normal summons and get to abuse the fact that alot of its cards are old and so don't have hard once per turns.

Still the Lightsworn loaner of all things has been the greatest challenge to compete with so far it gives credit to just how powerful cards like charge of the light brigade are I even feel like I actually should have lost a few of these games had my opponents used the battle phase more I think people just arn't reading these cards very well as usual.

Salad...please read. Pure =/= pile.

edit: posting this for clarity sake, this should make it extremely apparent why it has going second issues
