If you chose to make the other person go first rather than them selecting to go first, what kind of changes would they make to their board?
I have to let them go first and anytime the player who wins the coin toss does that, its a major red flag. Luckily, most people assume tenpai, so they go all in on the negates expecting board breakers or something that is immune to mass removal;
That said, its never good for me when I have to choose to go second for myself because it sets off all the warning bells
Don't be upset at winning it.
I bet someone is going to 5 head it one day and just give me an open board and I won't have the 3 card combo needed to out that
While you're right, it did actually happen to me, and going first with blind 2nd mikanko is kind of annoying
edit: I think I can't complain now, I just played someone who literally did give me an open board (WHY????) but....I had my 3 card combo to OTK them, so that's just bad luck...
