Why King's Sarcophagus is not banned/ limited yet ?
Can someone explain to me why a card that

- Legit make Horus monsters not destoyable by Raigeki/ Dark Hole,

- Can send NOT EVEN ONCE PER TURN Horus monster from the deck to graveyard where you know they'll come back asap and used as material for extra deck monsters or be able to run they're awfull effects

- Immediatly sends without tageting any monster that battle an Horus monster to the graveyard

Why this awfull card isn't banned or even limited ? There is no reason such a card should be legal or unlimited.

In a world where you lose the match in 1 round and therefore have no way to side cards in or out of your deck unlike TCG, I don't understand why some broken cards like this are allowed in the game.

King's Sarc has no inherent protection. MST solves your problem, though Feather Duster or Heavy Storm are also solid options. Basically anything that can get it off the field inturrupts their play, especially if it's Spell Speed 2 and able to be used during the opponent's turn.

Every Single Horus monster is also straight up unplayable without King's Sarc. As in become vanilla monsters that cannot resolve their effects. It is generally frowned upon to straight up kill an archetype, no matter how busted it is. Every deck is capable of doing unfair stuff, what if it was a deck you liked?

Horus is also only a summoning engine that makes other archetypes easier to play, and is being severely underutilized if they're just running it pure. So what's the actual endboard they're enabling that causes your problem? That's what you should be looking at beating.
Because it's not good. It's an annoying slop engine that gets thrown into everything in the lower ranks, but nothing about it is good enough to even consider banning. It requires playing multiple garnets in your deck, loses really hard to hand traps, loses to any form of backrow removal, and requires multiple discards to set up any kind of board. Nothing it does is particularly unfair either, all of the horus cards are telegraphed and reactive. They just sit there and give you all the time in the world to build up an out before committing to anything. Hapi is the most egregious of the bunch since he can infinitely loop the board if it doesn't get outed at once, but barely anybody even keeps him around, they almost always just make zombie vampire with them instead for some reason

Sounds like a Tenpai Problem. Doesn't protect from Banshes/Sends/Spins/Bounces or being used as material for a summon. Just destroy the Sarcophagus first. Hap will put it back in hand but, you should either have won the game already or have a negate for it on next turn.

It's a Hard Four Times Per Turn. Limited by you hand size. Most decks using the engine don't have more than 2 names to send anyway. They have the same weakness as pendulum monsters. Remove the Scales/Sarc. They can't function.

- Immediately sends without targeting any monster that battle an Horus monster to the graveyard

They would need to get to the battle phase first. NO competent board should let any deck get to the battle phase to punch. Evenly Matched, Kashtiras and Pankratops trying to smack an Apollousa or S:P are the only real battle phase threats going second.
Because konami.
Because it'd be on the same scale as banning all four of the level 7 Dragon Rulers, and Horus is nowhere close to what Dragon Rulers were like in their prime.

...Actually, Horus would probably have been an even match for that deck if it had existed back then. Which makes it woefully outdated for the modern game. :steammocking:
