Why all meta play in low rank

I'm new into the game i'm rabbit rank i can't even play a normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game evry match i play against a tier 1 meta ... this rank system really sucks

If we're calling anything meta that's why, if we're talking about actual Tier 1 meta decks it's either them not caring about needing to rank up and just doing the Duel Pass or it's a new account that looked up the top decks to play

Duel Links is not the same as Master Duel. Completely different formats in every regard.

So again, what is Meta to you?

i played my 2nd account to bronze 4 for the campaign rewards. many others are doing that too.

people run meta in every competive game in low rank play what you like or run meta to compeat

All the new and returning accounts got their new and shiny Branded decks to play with. Branded could be considered meta because it continues to do well. But, it's not THE meta.

If you're seeing actual meta decks and not just decks that beat you. They are likely smurf accounts from players farming their own Rookie/Returner codes for the rank up rewards. Or, new accounts building top decks they find online with the generous amount of starter gems you get at the beginning.

I don't know if seasonal demotions will put you all the way down to rookie though. I've only taken long enough breaks to get put back into Silver.

I'm just saying, I *DO* know the meta, and yes, its really rampant in the low ranks. I ran into 3 fiendsmith/snake-eyes decks and a yubel going from rookie to silver.

edit: also to the guy using the literal starter deck, I'm really sorry about mikankos

Unless a recent update changed it you can be demoted back to Rookie

What are you doing in low rank?

I only play ranked when there is something on duel pass I want, I skip seasons and wind up back in rookie

It's a bait thread, they think they're asking loaded questions to basically indirect name and shame. My suggestion is don't engage with people who do that. Nothing good can come of it.
