Why konami won't fix the daily missions?
Like the topic, why can't they make it so that it doesn't matter if i play solo, casual then mission pass. What is the point of not accepting it if I surrender? I don't want to wait 5000 years for my opponent infinite combo to finish me while I'm already done. I have zero cards on board and/or hand, there is no point in continuing to play, why can't mission be completed? WTF?!

If you don't want to actually work for rewards just play the handful of simulators that give you access to every card for completely free like edopro, dueling book, dueling nexus and YGO omega.

In every other tcg you can complete missions in an easy way. Why it's the other way around here, I don't understand.

Well easy is subjective, with literally one game with my unchained/ddd deck (I haven't tested the deck out in the new metagame with the latest pack mind you) I can win relatively easy and complete at least 3-5 missions after a single victory, sometimes completing all of them that I have stored up within 2-3 games depending. From the ones I played (MTG & PKMN TCG (not live), they often had you playing specific decks and I often found myself struggling to either have those decks and forced to reroll them or play a structure deck and slowly grind out the conditions either way.

While I agree they should allow you to at the very least finish missions via Casual, the only reason I believe they don't is that Duel Links suffers (or at the very least I believe still suffers) from things like bots invading the casual game mode to grind out character levels and such and would be an incentive for others to do the same since casual is relatively inconsequential and less likely to receive reports, flooding the casual with bots looking to not only finish missions but the Duel Pass as well (which also ties into not rewarding you surrendering). Whether or not that IS the case, I do not know for 100% certain but that would be my best guess considering a lot of how this game handles rewards (look towards the event rewards that got changed because way way way too many people decided to play self destruct decks instead of actually playing the event as intended) seems to be brought about how rampant account sellers and bots were on Duel Links.

My personal take on Solo however is if you are against playing against actual people, you receiving rewards so you can continue to not play against actual people isn't particularly good for the playerbase cause if you don't HAVE to actually play, why would you? I think a healthier solution would be to add different formats which I've been a staunch advocate of. Also not forgetting the bot thing I mentioned earlier on top of that. Ultimately it's not that I don't want you to be able to, shoot when PKMN TCG stopped allowing me to grind currency via the minigames on their website and allowing me to finish quests via their solo mode, I was pretty peeved so it's not like I don't understand where you are coming from. But if you want to be rewarded for not wanting to play the game, then just play a version of the game where rewards aren't even in the equation instead of gravitating to the corpo product where they try to make incentives to have you spend money first and foremost.

Timer instead of surrendering if you want rewards
For all is worth they had the topic of daily missions in the Master Duel survey, that is live right now, saying something about it there in bulk should make it more clear than another thread like this.

I like the Duel Pass and want to finish it within the timeframe, but I do not like the daily rewards and the login bonuses so I don't really care if I don't log in for 3 to 4 days sometimes.

But you would still be playing the game, just not with other humans.
The same reason they won't "fix" the actual card game: they don't consider it broken.

Then literally play the myriad of other Yugioh games. This is for all intended purposes a pvp game and the lack of (but still decent in my opinion in what we have) single player content kind of highlights that. Sure, you are technically right but the core experience is dueling against other people worldwide.
The quests are a way to keep everyone playing the ranked modes. The events. That is how the game functions. By encouraging people to play those modes so there are always people playing with each other.

Fine. There can be only rankeds. But god_damn it. Why am I being punished for surrendering? WHY?

Because konami knows the game is unbalanced garbage and that it is decided by the coin flip and losing it means you should just either alt f4 or scoop to get to the next game faster. They know the extreme vast majority of games end in a scoop at turn 1 because games are already unwinnable by one of the players by then and konami wants to attempt to give the illusions that it isnt like this so they punish people already being punished for auto losing the game for things they have no control over.

I'll be honest, I'm not sure Konami is smart enough to do something like that on purpose. It's the net effect, but it isn't the same thing.

They have data on the most used cards win rates and more, I doubt they don't have duel length, coin flip loss that also ended in a loss rate and surrender rate as well.
