World Sea Dragon Zealantis's effect
Just to know, when the people activate World Sea Dragon Zealantis's effect, my monsters banned should return to the field? Why sometimes the people ban my monsters and my monsters don't return? Is this some sort of cheating??

If you are under a summoning restriction. Your opponent's monsters will stay banished if they don't fall under that same restriction. Because the player using Zealantis's effects is the one attempting to special summon them back to the field.

You mostly see this with Marincess players.

Did they go into a Merincess link 2 and use its ability.

One of them locks you into water special summons and if you use that and the Zealantis' effect, you lost your monsters.

I don't think it was the case. The duel was against a Snake-eyes/ Fire king deck. I kinda don't remmember seeing any monster with this effect. I may should report him. Have you seen someone with the mentioned deck using restriction summoning effect?
Unless he used the water link 2 monster that locks him to water then monsters will always come back. If they did not then you did not pay attention to what he did.
If it's not some water lock then I'm guessing the monsters in question were not summoned correctly meaning zealantis was incapable of summoning them back this can happen to spirit of yubel by similar means if you want an example
If they were on Snake-Eyes, it was probably via Promethean Princess.

I can't confirm from experience but I am almost certain that doesn't work

Promethean Princess only locks you into fire monsters so long as she is on field if I remember correctly.

That's correct by what I mean is you can't apply such a lock mid resolution at least in my head that's how I think it plays out

Do you mean this may be some sort of bug? Because he summoned fire monsters and the zealant instead

post a replay, there was probably a summon lock you didn't notice.

I agree a replay is really necessary when ever having these discussions; otherwise, you have no idea what cards are played.
