Just because it's peak time for you doesn't mean they should cater to only your time region, it's for a few hours and at most one day you can't play. Why make a post just do something else :p

Maintenance is from 1 PM to 4:30 PM on a workday, so that's pretty reasonable all things considered.

there are 24 time zones on the planet, each one representing a different hour, so if it's 1 PM for you it's 2 PM for the time zone next to you, 3 PM for the one next to that, and so on til you go all the way around

what does this mean? this means that, when the servers go down for maint, since they go down for everyone, the servers will go down during the middle of the night for some people but middle of the day for others

it may be inconvenient for you but Konami chose the time slot because it would have minimal impact on the player base
