You struggling in solo mode...
sometimes cause it could take more then 10 tries cause they get the right card from out of
their AI rear to beat my rear

Likely involves the loaners, which a) have separate rewards and b) are sometimes godawful relative to what the opponent is given. This has actually been a genuine problem people talked about ever since the game first released.
It's "rigged" in the sense that they intentionally give you a weaker deck than the one you're going against. But draws are not rigged.

when the game begins just pass a turn to let cpu waste everything and then destroy it the next turn.

This is especially good against the Mekk-Knight solo battle. None of the cards that help the deck do literally anything going second exist at this point in the lore, so they're absent from the deck.
Not possible. Solo duels can not be rigged. You either not know how use to some of the loaner cards or been you were using one of your decks and it didn't go well for you.

I don't know if they are in this game specifically, but they have done that before, as any survivor of Sealed Memories on the PS1 can tell you.
Most solo modes should be easy to beat, but there are certain exceptions. There is this one where you have Gagaga/Utopia stuff and the opponent has some Battling Boxer Theme. That one is tough.

Of the later ones I would consider the Eldlich one the strongest; they can outgrind you if you do not run a strong deck. Probably the only one that is good enough to test your deck for the much, much more challenging stuff out there in ranked.

I don't know if you can technically call it rigged or just scripted. But there are some solo missions giving opponent a consistent hand. Like the one where CPU plays gouki turbo versus your co-link loaner and they always go first and have cage match.

One of the later Danger?! decks can FTK you, even if use your own decent deck, if they open or draw into Card Destruction early, dump a bunch of dangers have effects pop off, wreck your board, then summon a ton and swing for game.

I also remember having issues with the karakuri/infinitrack loaner against the full power karakuri just bouncing normal summon and turn ending.
The loaner decks are truly horrific. Full of absolute garbage, most of the time not even thematic and often with overlapping anti-synergies. They feel like they were designed by ChatGPT.

I honestly think ChatGPT could design more competent decks, the loaner decks are horrifically ♥♥♥♥.
loaner decks feel like konami has no testing teams in the entire building

That BS no save marathon duels at the end is so upsetting. Seto's 4500 ATK no tribute normal summoned dragon is also a real pain in the back. Still, Forbidden Memories gave me the best memories.
