Really kinda meh period I guess

Genuinely looking at the new packs....they are just not doing anything for me. Like the best pulls are muclmey cards, which I am not even going to bother with because half my decks struggle to put maxx "C" in at all, let alone trying to fit 6 or 9 in. Actually sitting there and reading mulchemy or whatever, I'll happily play through those most of the time. Even if I could stop it, I probably won't.

Ashened cards are okay, but not interested. Tistina flopped on all levels as far as I know and I don't really care for them either. I guess this is just a slow month. Being able to craft the century card was unexpected.

Yeah 40 cards deck is hard to change to include Mulchamy because if I do it feels like the consistency will change, I only include them in all of my 60 cards deck like Infernoid and Branded.

Since I already built Tistina and Ashened kinda meh, I'll sit this one out. Gotta save gems for 3rd anniversary shopping spree.

Yeah because KONAMI is saving Fiendsmith for February when the anniversary drops, either that or something else big. Hopefully it's the Evil HERO support that get's dropped next month instead

the easiest guess for Feb would be the Exodia stuff if they make that the theme of whatever bundle we get its bound to upset the 6 red eyes fans that they are forgotten again

The new Drytron stuff is cool, I was always a fan of the art and now they have stuff to do besides Ultimateness/turn skip turbo.

I would like to build a Drytron deck, but it is pretty expensive.

It's... eh, its ok. I greatly prefer it to the Herald crap. Its board isn't as strong, but its more consistent & the DA Draconids is a more formidable card. Easy to otk with this deck, since now it can actually go 2nd. It kind of reminds me of Voiceless Voice in regards to power & feel if that gives u an idea.

I agree on the artwork. Both Drytron & Ursartic got wonderful design & artwork. Shame about Ursartic's uhhh, lets say state of affairs.

I mean, this is a fair idea. Duel Links got the alt art evil twins before MD did, it's not crazy to think duel links is foreshadowing the MD themes and future updates, but I lack full knowledge of duel link events to make a full conclusion on it.

Currently Duel Links is preparing to celebrate it's anniversary in a couple of days and when that happens we're getting a free copy of Rainbow Neos and Pot of Greed (RUSH) on top of that it was leaked we're getting another HERO structure deck (this time themed around the recently broken Jaden skill) with Armed Neos in it. It seems KONAMI is really trying to hype of GX (even though we're most likely not getting another character this year, again)

I'd like to play ashened and maybe try the LADD stuff in dragonmaid, but I don't think I have enough gems to make this worth it. The mulcharmies are toxic but in bo1 it feels like they're not worth playing over the roach, other than maybe a few copies of fuwalos, they will just be frustrating when they sack you

Maybe but I cant see them missing the chance to hype up Exodia stuff if anything im actually hoping they wont because that did look like something i'd be interested in and all I wanted from this pack was LADD

I was one of the rare individuals considering trying out the Ashened cards, but they ended up being way too expensive for what was supposed to be a "just because" deck. I never bothered to get Bonfire, so that's 9 UR's I'd need to collect, plus at least another 9 SR's. Too much work for a deck that's unlikely to go anywhere.

Not going to use the Mulcharmies either, so the only pull I'd potentially care about is the LADD fusion. Probably craft it on the next Gold Pass, in the meantime still saving for Blue-Eyes.

Shame that they diluted the Tistina pack with Eldlich cards. They don't even mesh well together. Would of been real nice to get the Train package alongside instead. Oh well, at least #35 got in

Wonder if they'll support the Eldlich alt art for both secret packs when they bring that back
