They r adding new stuff as well as removing those packs that just ran out on the shop. It will be back up in an hour or so.

Maintenance ain't even started yet, pretty sure OP's region server is the problem. Look at the number of players in game from steam alone, the server is normal as usual.

Maintenance is tonight, that wasn't it. I wasn't playing at the time but I see 3 posts from different people about server issues an hour ago, so I assume there was some kind of outage that seems to be fixed now
