This. Floowandereeze is the more modern spin on the Monarch strategy and you're better off running the birds. It's basically just a floodgate deck that has trouble keeping up with meta decks because of a limited number of useful Winged Beast tribute summons. Do get to use Raiza though.

Not anti-meta, but definitely fun and unlike domain monarchs, can play through a good bit of disruptions
We're also about to have a significant meta shift sometime in the near future with Ryzeal/Maliss, so building "anti-meta" anything right now will be incredibly short lived.
Wait for the new support. They do have a few genuinely good cards coming. It won't make them Meta imo, but they will likely be playable.
