What deck would Hank Hill run?
I think he'd run some sort of burn deck, would probably rely on spells and traps maybe he'd have some fire king in there as well just for that clean burn.

I mean, he has to run some kind of Hungry Burger deck right? Just a burn variant.

Volcanics is my choice, that's the first that popped into my head.
Nah see I'd think he'd run something more patriotic like Magical Musketeer

What's the most "propane and propane accessories" deck imaginable? Well, we happen to have FIRE decks taking over the meta right now...

Nah, that's too fancy for clean-burning propane. You want the EARTH Machine pile.

Those run on diesel, coal and gas, not propane

Hank would play an extremely vanilla, old school deck of unfocused normal monsters and a couple spells and traps. HIs idea of the game is summon one monster, maybe use a spell or use a trap, and that's your turn. He dusts off his 20+ year old deck and tries the game again, only to be completely bamboozled by the 20 card combos everyone's pulling off. Back in his day, cards didn't jump in and out of banish willy nilly! They were removed from play and that was it!

He's so distraught he can't go to sleep, and Bobby agrees to teach Hank how to play modern Yugioh. But there's so many new mechanics that he just doesn't understand. Hank simply doesn't understand how pendulums work at all. It becomes clear the best method is to give Hank a few upgrades to make his deck viable. He ends up with a decent dark magician deck, which he kind of understands and recognises because of the anime. No crazy XYZ link chain special summoning nonsense here, no siree. Just good old normal and special summon like god intended, with some spicy fusion summoning on the side.

Hank ends up getting a rival, some guy with the latest crazy meta deck with cards that aren't even out to the general public yet. Rival guy is really cocky and deliberately picks on Hank because he thinks he'll be an easy target. In the end, rival guy gets too arrogant and decides to show off by making a 20,000 ATK monster with every kind of protection to crush Hank in one go. But Hank has one last trick up his sleeve.

Magic Cylinder. The damage Hank would have received is reflected onto rival guy instead. Rival guy could have easily won 20 minutes ago, if he hadn't used all of his cards to fuel a combo to create his giga boss monster. This includes losing his negates, so he's unable to stop himself from losing 20,000 LP in one go. His boss monster might be immune to targeting, destruction, card effects, being tributed, being moved from the field or anything else, but it can't block effect damage. Rival guy runs away crying, Hank is a hero for defeating that jerk.

Hank goes to sleep that night happy. Good ol' Magic Cylinder. Just like Yugi would have used.

Magic cylinder targets. But because ygo players don't read, ggs.
Edit: Now that I think about it, that actually feels like an actual KOTH episode with everyone thinking Hank won and there's like one guy who can't get a word in edgewise about the ruling and just lets it go cause everyone is celebrating too hard.

I can see him forbidding Bobby from playing learning that Charcoal Inpachi exists without a clean burning fuel counterpart or maybe he takes the opportunity to attend IRL events bringing his grill to inform players/parents of propane and propane accessories meanwhile Bobby sneaks in, makes it to the finals but declines to summon Inpachi in attack for game in respect of his father
