I mean...I didn't say it'd be viable, just fun to play. being on the receiving end sucks, but that's kinda not where I was going with when I said "fun to play"...also I don't think it'd be all that bad to play against if you aren't hyper focusing the burn like I'm talking about. yeah, droll lock sucks to happen, but I mean if you play it as trickstars themselves, its not that boring to play against
If I had more resources I might of even kept the link 3
Which Trickstar also has plenty of, between all the burn cards, droll lock shenanigans, and now the Blue Tears stuff.
It didn't need extra reincarnations but I'm not gonna complain about it, here's hoping it remains a fun rogue deck (albeit a lot stronger than before).
I mean it’s not hard to think of a design for a card like this in the archetype, they just have to something like a link monster trickstar maybe link 3 so you still have to commit some ressources to earn a good effect and this monster could for example negate once per turn a monster effect or a spell/ trap if you burned your opponent this turn.
This kind of monsters would help Tricktars without making them broken.
It took me 2 minutes to think about it and i’m pretty sure a lot of people could do better.
Technically they do they have protection, it's the Summon 2 tokens card GY effect
They are like several rogue decks, really easily stopped, but *IF* they pop off, they are devastating. Its a high risk, high return deck, its just that the game is heavily stacked against you.
