Once per turn, you can tribute 1 attack position monster on the field OR detach 1 material to special summon Hungry Burger from the hand or deck.
If a Nouvelles ritual monster is attached, the above effect can also summon any Nouvelles ritual monster.
If Hungry Burger is attached, you can detach it to special summon it.

Just going to point out that since its already a counter trap, making it unchain-able is a bit over kill. That said, its too slow. Outside of trap oriented decks, most people don't even run solemn brigade anymore

edit: my bad, I should also contribute a card idea. I feel like amazoness could use something like:

Amazoness War Cry
Quick play spell
Can only be activated if you control at least one "amazoness" monster.
Negate all face up cards your opponent currently controls until the end of turn. If you activate this card during the battle phase, Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this card's activation

Also the wording means it wouldn't work for anything that negates the activation of other cards, so it'd have the same rules jank Witch's Strike except the other way around.

Anyways here's my idea:
Gungnir the Runick Spear
Level 6 DARK Fusion Monster
1000 ATK/1000 DEF
If this card is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: You can target 1 banished "Runick" spell, add it to your hand and if it is "Runick Fountain" immediately after this effect resolves; activate it.

When this card is destroyed by battle: You can target one card in your opponent's graveyard; banish it.
