I'm not 100% sure about Luster Pendulum, Brilliant Fusion, Terrortop or Hyper Librarian but I think they'd be fine at 3.

Conq can stay at 2 for the laughs.
Left Leg of the Forbidden One to 3 for reasons I'm legally not allowed to discuss.

I feel like they should just ban certain combos instead of the whole card. Rhongo Bongo sees use in some pretty off-meta stuff and it's fun to see, but there's some decks like Barian that literally lock your opponent outta the game unless they get specific draws. Like ban Barian Hope from using his effect specifically and both Rhongo and Hope can still be used in their more niche ways.

there are cards that can be shuffled into the deck and especially with the new mil cards that allow that once in the grave, ya can see why time seal is banned, ya can skip the draw phase forever. and thats just the most RECENT of cards that can recycle cards back into the deck from the graveyard

But not being able to do your draw for turn really isn't a problem for modern yugioh, game don't take more than 3 turns (and time seal takes effect on the 4th/5th),and in grind game there's better option to recycle than a card that -0. It might need to be on the banlist decade ago but no reason to keep it there now.

Why are cards like Heavy Storm and Premature Burial banned?
Like, aren't they just worse versions of HFD and Monster Reborn?
Unless there's some synergy with destroying your own cards.

Premature is better than monster reborn, it's searchable and can be bounced back to hand for repeated use.

Premature is better than monster reborn, it's searchable and can be bounced back to hand for repeated use.

And you can use Heavy Storm to pop your own floodgates so you don't have to play under them on your turn. Same reason why Giant Trunade is banned, since it does the same thing except you get to set them again at the end of your turn.

The earth and water are reborn and foolish without restriction on the target, pretty insane in dragon link. But the wind and fire can probably go back to 3 and be fine.

People really forgot the most important card in the game that can go from 2 to 3 and it makes me really really sad.
