What cards can be taken off the current MD banlist?

Pretty much anything that doesn't relate to getting rid of cards in your opponent's hand.
A lot of cards in the current banlist are either used in gimmicks that are less consistent or weaker than current meta decks, or just have stronger alternatives that aren't banned.

We currently have an insane amount of consistent control, card advantage, and the ability to special summon a gajilion monsters with ease.
It's like most cards on the banlist are just there as relics of a less-powercrept state of the game.

I'd personally love to see more gimmicky cards and win conditions.
Losing while not being able to play anything is just less obnoxious if it's due to a unique or inconsistent combo, as opposed to being hit with control effects.

having cyber jar to one i feel would help buff up people actually wanting their monsters set in defense mode face down besides for stuff like guru control

there are cards that can be shuffled into the deck and especially with the new mil cards that allow that once in the grave, ya can see why time seal is banned, ya can skip the draw phase forever. and thats just the most RECENT of cards that can recycle cards back into the deck from the graveyard

Yata-Garasu, Substitoad, Glow-Up Bulb, Destiny Hero Celestial, Time Seal and Tellarknight Ptolemaeus could all go from 0 to 3 and nothing would happen.
Tidal and Redox could come to 1.
Free Gossip Shadow and ban Rhongo like you should've. Same with Verte and Dragoon.

AFD will go to 3 soon enough with its errata.
Thunder Dragonhawk just came to 2 in the OCG.
Pots of Prosperity and Duality, Nadir Servant, Girsu, Water Enchantress, Kagari, Trishula, Darkwurm, Metaverse and Trickstar Light Stage can all go to 3.

Dimension Shifter would be nice at 3 for Tear 0 format. It's just gonna feel sacky at 2.

I'm not 100% sure about Luster Pendulum, Brilliant Fusion, Terrortop or Hyper Librarian but I think they'd be fine at 3.

Conq can stay at 2 for the laughs.

what about cyber jar? i could understand fiber jar being the one card that stays on the banlist but cyber jar isnt as powerful as it was back in the day imo
