Please just ban Fiendsmith Engraver

God this card is so overpowered. A non once per turn that acts as an insane engine for pretty much every strong deck right now is just insanely unfun. I'm getting sick of seeing that loser and his boobs every single game.

On a side note, Azamina and White Forrest are getting old too.

Wait till we get lacrima. The engine will be even better. I doubt they'll ban any FS cards so soon. Knowing Konami they might limit/semi-limit some snake-eye or white forest stuff first. They usually avoid hitting new cards, but they could always do something different...

Game is already reaching critical mass what broken cards goes for. Too many splashable engines that just vomit everything out just from one card. If one card combos is the future then more people will just leave the game. People want to play the game. Not sitting doing nothing because they have to work themself through 5 negates and whatever he has in his hand.

Fiendsmith is 100% going to be hit in some way in the next major ban list update, since it did get hit in both TCG (Lacrima banned) and OCG (Engraver and Tract at 1).

Personally I would errata Requiem to not be able to use a Link monster as its summon material so you can't start the combo off literally any 2 monsters with Moon of the Closed Heaven.

I absolutely agree with your sentiments. I hate how consistent, floody, and low-resource YuGiOh combos are. It really limits what decks and archetypes are playable.

But, even if Fiendsmith is banned, then people will just hop to the next best thing. Or the next set of OP cards will be released, being just as bad as, if not worse than FS.
Being a YuGiOh player is suffering, there is no hope for more casual players who don't want to throw in generic engines.

My man, I would really like to know what White Forest decks you are playing against. It is true that White Forest can put up a lot of interaction, but compared to other top-tier decks, it's relatively fair since most of those interactions aren't mostly negates. I see the Sinful cards as the real culprit. The archetype branch out to widely. The card most likely on the chopping block is Original Sinful Spoils.

All that being said, I fully expect Master Duel to be Master Duel and do something ridiculous like banning Lurrie. While Apollousa should probably have been banned at the release of Snake-Eyes, I'll hold my breath that Konami actually makes a decent banlist.

I've had many games where White forest Amazamina was BLOWING MY BACK OUT while I was using Snake eye fiendsmith no joke. Master Duel Meta saying SE-FS twice as strong as everything belowing it but thats gotta be the biggest CAP because WF-A-D/FS is borderline just as strong if not way better than SE-FS.

Have you seen the silly combo lines they can do while being disrupted? Its ridiculous.

NGL, its FS that needs the hit, but konami being konami will hit white forest or azamina instead which will piss me off quite a lot.
