if you resolve evenly off rollback its a different beast though, in that case itll likely win the game on the spot.

Evenly isn't overpowered but I would argue it's design is pretty toxic, for a lot of decks it basically just says "make baronne de fleur or you lose", it is not nearly as bad as unreactable cards like super poly but most boardbreakers are extremely toxic by design to counteract the power of going 1st, but that only pushes konami to then make going 1st decks that can make boards that don't die to 1 boardbreaker.
and then the cycle repeats.
Auroradon and some other combo heavy shenanigans that add Baronne to some end boards where she shouldn't be however; those R problematic. Sadly because Konami enjoys those kinds of decks, we have to deal with comically over powered cards like Evenly & Dark Ruler. Not to mention Lightning, Raigeki, Dark Hole etc....
Its a hard knock life.
Meta decks obviously have more tools to deal with her, so she isn't the same "summon Baronne, win" card it is vs weaker decks but getting her out is still a massive boon in pretty much any scenario.
