Technically yes ... in a room with others players who also have to agree on using the same banlist but not as an alternative format per se.

It's actually Legacy, not Standard. Just saying. Note that almost nobody plays Legacy, for good reason.

Edison, Goat, trinity, and anything else are fan-made formats. Not official ones. While you can certainly use Master Duel to play such formats, you'll need to find and join a group outside the game dedicated to your desired format and set up custom duel rooms to play in.

Master Duel itself only directly supports competitive play, because yugioh in general only supports competitive play via OCG and TCG banlists. Master duel uses a modified version of the OCG banlist to account for it's Best-of-One format.
