Magicalized Fusion Bug

So I have Keeper of Dragon magic on the field and Dark Magician in the Graveyard. I used his effect to bring Magicalized Fusion Spell from the deck to hand. Now Keeper of Dragon magic's effect says:

"You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters, the turn you activate either of this card's effects."

But I am unable to activate Magicalized Fusion. Why? Is it a bug? It says you cannot Special Summon from the extra deck, yes, EXCEPT fusion monsters. I'm trying to SS a fusion monster and it doesn't work. No other cards were on the field, It was my first turn.

For Dark magician The Dragon Knight, you need DM + a Dragon

Keeper of Dragon was face-up on the field

Don't have Pot of Duality in my deck. Magical CIrcle does a better job

I had Eternal Soul face-down and Magician Salvation Field Spell, but neither of them prevent any special summon

What could have possibly prevented its activation?

Her's what I did. Turn 1:

1. Activate Magician Salvation Field spell, Eternal Soul gets Set facedown from the deck
2. Summon Keeper of Dragon Magic, bring Magicalized Fusion from Deck to Hand

This is everything that happened. It is Turn 1

Now I want to activate Magicalized Fusion, to Fusion Summoon Dark Magician The Dragon Knight (DM + 1 Dragon)

I want to use DM from graveyard, and Keeper of Dragon from the field. According to Magicalized Fusion, it should work.

Unable to activate, can only set.

I think its a bug

Were you allowed to banish cards?

If your opponent did something that prevents you from banishing cards, you can't activate Magicalized Fusion

"Dark Magician the Dragon Knight" isn't a Spellcaster, but a Dragon.

"Dark Magician the Dragon Knight" isn't a Spellcaster, but a Dragon and Magicalize Fusion can only summon spellcasters.
