There is a list of censored cards on the yugioh wiki, and the reasoning behind some of them is hilarious. I remember one had an energy beam or something too low on the chest and they were scared it would look like a massive lightsaber dong or something. Others have an inch more added to a dress because the original was *too* skimpy but the censored version is just skimpy enough to pass the konami test. Then I think one of the vampire girls had references to blood stains removed, because god forbid a scantily-dressed vampire girl be associated with blood
duel links has the same thing, change your language and you will see all cards
he did not "mod" anything, what he did: he copy-paste the same orinal japanese images and that's it. as I said before, this game has ~ 240 MB uncensored content, it would be ~ 200 cards or even more.
"uncensored content" is not only "cards", it's also animations, special summons, in game images

Yeah sadly it's never gonna happen since they're N/R cards which KONAMI can't make money off of so no point in dropping alt arts for them
