So, I haven't played in ages, got a couple questions
As I'm sure you've noticed, I haven't been around in ages, needed a break from the game and haven't really focused on it at all.

So I wanna ask a couple things:

1. As a returnee, which one would you recommend for me, Centurion or Voiceless Voice?

I wanna build both at some point, but for now, can only go for one.

2. I heard from a friend about some returnee mission that can help me unpoor myself a little, but he couldn't give me any details, is it the same thing as usual with the Swordsoul deck, or is there actually something that gives me a few gems?

Voiceless Voice is more consistent, but more expensive.

There's a login event right now, and as well, you should be in bronze...so that should give you enough gems to really get going. That and solo missions.
im not an expert on either (the exact opposite actually) but after reading the cards, id go for centurion, VV looks too streamlined, the design of Lo is almost insulting, like they dont even try anymore.

So for me only centurion would come into consideration as it atleast looks interesting, has the synchro toolbox and even holds handtrap synergy using those for synchro summons. Centurion should be the better going second deck among the 2 while probably the worse going first deck.

Voiceless Voice as a returnee is probably easier just because it has a very simple gameplan. Centurion isn't so complicated but it requires a lot more thought than summoning a 4k towers every turn. Your friend was probably talking about the swordsoul deck or maybe even the returnee campaign they were running Im not even sure if that's still going on tho. I think the swordsoul deck is.

Complex decks with non linear lines aren't an issue, before my vacation, my most played decks were D/D/D, different versions of Tearlaments, Dragon Link and well, Sky Striker, but that's not a combo deck.

Voiceless Voice will be right up your alley then.

If you like decks like that, I'd honestly recommend Yubel. Deck has a ton of nonlinear lines and is really fun because of it. Just got done looking at the selection pack and wow, the entire VV archetype is UR. Wouldn't recommend that unless you just want a change of pace. I found the deck to get boring very quickly and don't personally think it's worth all the UR dust/gems worth crafting. That being said, it's the first ritual deck since drytron to be solid. If the powerlevel of a deck matters, i dont think you'll be wanting that much with VV.

Edit: Also just noticed that Sauravis isn't even in the selection pack so that's a UR you'd straight up have to craft. Seems dumb to me since the VV archetype pretty clearly is meant to search it even if it, itself isn't a VV card. Konami strikes again

I was just checking, yea, Voiceless Voice is expensive a f.

Centurion ain't that cheap too, but at least I can use the Yubel cards for my D/D/D deck and there's some generic stuff in there that's not too bad, I kinda need a Ty-Phon as well.

It do be like that at times. Lol. Nice get.

Been playing with the new Ice barrier stuff and I'm surprised that they are... good now.

Decent at least and it is pretty fun to summon floodgates on legs with the new syncro monster.
