This card is not god why i can not activated.
I ha a duell i go secend the opponent has 4 monsters an to Magic cards. I was on turn why i can not activated this card i have the card on the starter hand.

Yesterday i go first and has 3 monster and 2 spells on the feld the opponnet activatetd this card as secend.

Why can i not activated trhis ♥♥♥♥ card.
