Reddit or Steam forum?

Which one is the most active when it comes to Yugioh master duel deck helper, tactics etc etc?

Probably a subreddit dedicated to the game.

Not sure which one is good as I don't use reddit tho.

I can't speak on Reddit as I don't use it but you can get some help here if you genuinely ask for it. The frustrating part is going through hoops in order to show screenshots and waiting for responses. https://www.masterduelmeta.com/ is also a good resource tool for recent decks and strategies and I believe they also have a discord where you can probably get access to more help at a faster pace but as I haven't joined it, how beneficial it is is up in the air. Hope this helps a little bit.

Reddit isn't any better, odds of getting good advice from EITHER are roughly equivalent to the odds of you becoming the first person on Mars... could happen, but very likely not
