Also Fragance and Imperial Order is different. Fragance at least allow you to use Spell after Setting, while Order just shut down any attempt to.
I thing SF is fair because you can still use cards it floodgates, just with a delay. IO on the otherhand totally shuts down entire archytpes revolving around traps so it's understandable to me that it's banned. Not to mention that most meta decks don't use conventional traps ( at least to combo ) so running IO could be an easy 1x to get a free win with zero downsides depending on who you're up against.
The OCG/MD will ban stun because the roach isn't an autowin against it. The TCG will ban stun when it shows up in a high level tournament and results in spectators bored out of their mind. Neither cares decks reducing the opponent to just one more spectator, because they already have your money at that point.
