One thing you can do if you can is show us screenshots of your decklist. And yeah, once you get to the higher portions of ladder you will be playing against more people who may have a better understanding of their decks comparatively. Swordsoul and Labrynth are strong in their own rights so maybe it's a matter of deck tuning and making the correct plays. If you also have replays of said duels those would also be of help for those who are more skilled in those decks to help you out.

Plat 4 is relatively good for somebody pretty new to the game. However, since plat 5 is the lowest rank where you can go while playing actively (gold and below you don't lose rank progress for losing games, so you will always get to plat as long as you keep playing), that's where a huge proportion of players end up, whether they are smurfing or playing better decks less actively. So it's not surprising that you experienced kind of a difficulty spike there.

Swordsoul and lab are both competent decks, I would say all you can really do is work on optimizing them and learning how to best counter the decks you keep running into. It might help to review the replays after you lose a game to see where things shifted, or to have more time to read all the cards that interacted during a turn. If a specific one is giving you a particularly hard time, it may be worth main decking hate specifically for those decks. Something like droll & lock bird to prevent snake-eye from being able to reach their field spell for follow-up, or d.d. crow to banish fusion targets for branded in order to disrupt them

I'm an expert Swordsoul player, if you want add me so i can give you some tips and improve the Swordsoul deck
The game is rigged honestly. I have 1 garnet in my deck and i open it every single game for 20+ matches in a row. If you see a labyrinth/branded/snake-eyes and your not playing one of them just FF, and go next to save time.

This is completely normal, the higher you climb on the ladder the sweatier your games will be. You have no right to make missplay and your deck must be perfectly optimized, and even in this case you can lose hand trap mini-games or meet a random Fossil Dyna.
