I understand being sick of seeing the Ghost girls all the time, for example. I'd rather we don't have to rely on overpowered tools to deal with overpowered threats myself. But no one type of card is at fault for the way YGO's turned out, it's the whole collective that's been printed for several years now.
When you play againts a deck that you know is just going to play yu-gi-no tactic againts you then you are forced to play something that deals with it.
Example: "If your opponent adds a card from their main deck to their hand: you can discard this card and reveal one other -archetype card-; your opponent shuffles one random card from their hand back into the deck"
LIke fx someone said Max C should only be allowed to activated on opponents turn.
Or you only get to draw for every 3 special summon.
+1, there's nothing to be said about Maxx C that hasn't been said hundreds of times before. Mentioning the cockroach in the room is basically just goading for a fight anymore.
Also, I totally don't play pure Live Twins with 14+ handtraps in my deck.
