Purrely is tier 1
Tearlaments in its worst moments is still a meta-relevant deck and very present in tournaments (OCG and TCG).
Basically people have suffered what it is to live in a tier 0 meta and now they have more experience when it comes to judging things.
There is reason why tearlaments called tear 0 at it's peak.
So most people just don't care about it. Not to mention Kashtira is going to annoy a lot of people soon. So between Tear and Kash most people are too focused on other things to care about a cute towers deck.
Same here. But that is just what happens when not only monsters but traps aswell has its own inbuild negate now. And some of those traps keep you negated as long its on the field or effect your monsters permanetly even if its removed.
