It's pay to play pet decks. If you only build meta relevant decks then it's extremely f2p friendly.

Liars, you don't have more than 5 decks that can consistency win as F2P, not with meta always changing, you might. Most players have at least 1 of each structure deck I don't consider those complete stand alone decks either.

It takes awhile for the meta to change enough to invalidate a deck. So its entirely possible for a FTP to have 5 decks that can contend with the current Meta. Just buying the newest selection pack usually gives you the latest Meta deck and you can do that every month if its what you are after. Also something like dragonlink is always somewhat relevant.
